Masculine Femininity II

有数本新加坡版的英语男性杂志，当上时尚主编一职的都是女人。就好像《The Rake》的Esther Quek ，再来《August》的时尚主编 - Janie Cai。她俩都有一个共同点，也就是所谓的“Masculine Femininity”。Esther Quek 的造型比较chic、比较modern。而Janie Cai就比较subtle，少了一点霸气，多了一点平易近人的秀气。女人到底要怎么样才称得上有style，基本上都是各投所好，没有一定的standard。当我们看到太多过分女性化的女人，这种androgynous的打扮好像万绿中的一点光彩。你也许会问：“做男人杂志的女人就要打扮成男人？”这点我太清楚。反正越来越多的男人死命要穿高跟鞋， 这种不再受性别限制的打扮，只要你穿得自信、carry得到，甚至可以忍受到别人的异样眼光，why not？

大石砸死蟹？

法国版《Vogue》前主编Carine Roitfeld在4月初宣布即将推出以自己命名的《CR》Fashion Book。昨日有消息传出Condé Nast集团警告旗下所有的主编、编辑与合约摄影师一律不能参与这本Fashion Book的制造。看来Condé Nast与Carine Roitfeld牙齿印都不浅。之前，Balenciaga 禁止法国版《Vogue》团队入他们的时装发布会，传言因为Carine向Balenciaga借了一款大衣拍照，事后却没有立即归还，不久Balenciaga就发现对手品牌Max Mara的成衣中出现了十分类似的设计。不久之后，Carine宣布辞职。当大家议论纷纷干嘛Condé Nast要如此绝，问题是……现在压下来的并不惹小，与Condé Nast有合约在身的摄影师Mario Testino、Craig McDean、Mert Alas、Marcus Piggot等人一律shut up！对于封杀这东西，如果你不曾经历过，你也不会知道到底是舍事。Carine声称自己的那本时尚书根本无法挑战Vogue的垄断。是这样的啦！有料的话，怕什么呢？反正很多杂志卖来卖去都是名摄影师的名声，加上近年来的《Vogue》像catalogue多过像时尚杂志。Anna，你怎么说呢？

Accept it or not，追根究底，那么多人疯狂对这Celine的作品发狂都是因为爱着Phoebe Philo。Celine runway上的模特儿都是Phoebe的化身，略为凌乱的马尾，淡淡的妆，军风的大外套，turtle neck毛衣…… 你买的也许是一种你向往的生活素质，一种属于Phoebe的低调气质。虽说Celine旗下的bag已成了所有fashion bloggers、fashionista  (or wannabe的必备品)，就好像手腕上的Hermes 手镯、脚下的Louboutin 镶满stud的鞋子、Givenchy 的印花T shirt等等（我称这为fashion wannabe的制服必备品），你还是会有“非要不可”的感觉，好像几小时没抽烟的那种瘾。冷静、冷却，再疯狂，我还是一而再地提醒自己：“这就好像一种高潮，只是那么的短暂，十秒以下而已。”恐怖的无底洞，诱惑一波接一波，甚至比gary nobita的阳具还要诱人！

庆祝Alber Elbaz在Lanvin的十周年，是个精彩的十年，是个让一度垂死的品牌翻腾变主流品牌。（你不得不承认王效兰的慧眼识英雄！）……出书乃是家常便饭，这本能装饰你coffee table的书并不便宜，售价是美元450。Alber Elbaz的设计天赋无可置疑，但是他每次在接受访问时所抛出的精句才精彩。

"I thought that at a time like now, when the whole industry is about the six minutes of the show and a review that is being written in a taxi because then there is the next one, I thought, I'm going to show everyone how much effort goes into making a single dress. 当Carrie Bradshaw回到80年代……

“The Carrie Diaries” 正式开拍，讲述是《Sex and The City》中的Carrie，年轻时的Carrie。Carrie Bradshaw回到80年代，由Anna Sophia Robb来演这年轻版的Carrie。单看戏剧简介，嗯……故事里头好像没有Samantha、Miranda与Charlotte。反而多了Carrie的妹妹Dorrit，Carrie的好朋友Maggie Landers，再来一个亚洲脸孔Jill Thompson。

那些年，我们都疯狂爱上《Sex and The City》。不懂为什么会喜欢，只是对电视剧内的角色产生了幻想，觉得自己有朝一日会变成Carrie，写专栏，穿名牌，流连名馆子。那些年，我也因为这样，在大学选系时，选了新闻系。毕业后，果然找到一份女性杂志的记者工作。日子久了……历经生活“上上下下，转左转右”的磨练，重看《Sex and The City》，觉得自己好像喜欢上Samantha的幽默与bitchiness。就好像她说：“Honey, you have to let it go. If I worried what every bitch in New York was saying about me, I'd never leave the house！” 她就是如此的坦然，有爱就干。

新一代的Carrie Bradshaw到底会是个怎么样的角色？好坏与否都未免言之过早。此部电视剧正在拍摄中，年轻版Carrie Bradshaw的造型已曝光了。松卷大发、波点透视上衣、pvc手表、画上自己名字的斜包……我有期待，也打算先把书买下，先睹为快，虽然这本书已面市快要两年了。

Ok, crave好一段日子终于如愿以偿，把Celine Cabas挽在手腕了！很多的人都以为我仍会crave Hermes Birkin，其实……我实在开始觉得Birkin有点恶，你知我知他知，过度的曝光率，很多的暴发户在用，更恶的是咯斯玛最爱Birkin。好，不打算把birkin政治化，只是开始觉得Birkin不再chic，也不再fashionable。很奇怪的，2011年的某月，我忽然在网上看到绿色的Phillip Lim 3.1 Pashli包，我忽然喜欢这个bag，也是我自Celine后，一直有心痒痒要把它占有的bag。一年后，新加坡的Club 21终于有卖了！不懂，我就是喜欢，就是一直在痒，I want this！Susie Bubble就有一个褐色的，虽然她一直都不是IT bag的拥趸。年纪大了，看的东西也不同，买bag，先看形状，再看拉链，然后再看颜色。我承认Celine Cabas确实是因为疯狂爱上Phoebe Phillo而觉得非拥有不可，就好像当年非买王菲的最新专辑不可。

Louis Vuitton - Marc Jacobs

15年，Marc Jacobs给了这百年历史牌子摇身成为国际数一数二赚大钱的时尚品牌。这个回顾展名为“Louis Vuitton - Marc Jacobs”，展现从Louis Vuitton创办人至Marc Jacobs年代的各种代表作。我说精彩的部分是这展览会的创意总监是Katie Grand，《Love》杂志总编，被公认为最善于quirky styling的专家。整个展览会的各种陈列确实精彩，视觉效果一流。不晓得当时身在巴黎的蒙小姐有否亲临现场感染Katie Grand所带来的视觉性效果呢？

Phoebe Philo怀孕八个月，没有fashion show，只是 presentation。只邀请70位宾客，分为两组，只限制Céline自聘的摄影师能拍照。毒舌Cathy Horyn对Celine 2012春夏不太满意，声称Phoebe Philo纯属冷饭重炒。她对那阔肩膀，厚腰带的军式外套最为不满，指这是Yohji Yamamoto曾推出过的系列。无论如何，就算她怎么评，几乎很多人都对Phoebe Philo情有独钟，就如《Gentlewoman》总编所说：“Initially, what Céline was selling was ‘Phoebe herself and her perfect wardrobe’” Phoebe Philo常说她要的是在逐步建立属于Céline的wadrobe，而非在追潮流。自2010年，她加入Céline后，我们逐步看到非常Céline的设计细节，拼贴、color blocks、加大码的男装外套、粉色白色、当然还有Céline卖到相当厉害的各种提包、手袋、握包等等。我没孩子，也不把目前的工作当成事业，只是……我就是喜欢Phoebe Philo，我喜欢她那effortless的chic，无须打扮成圣诞树也同样让人觉得“woow！she is really cool!”说真的，这个2012年秋冬系列，基本上也是把past season的设计再来一次。你说她没创意？我说她早已巩固了一班属于Phoebe Philo for Céline的die hard fans，就好像当年的Jil Sander与Helmut Lang。

Gaga x Barneys = Halloween in the Christmas month

This Gaga landed Monday night at Barneys New York flagship on Madison Avenue, cut the ribbon with the huge WOOW colorful scissors, talala… Ya… we know the show has began!

*By the way, this Barneys is not the purple monster as you might know (OK! I mean you, you know who you are!), it is one of the top high end department stores in the state.

As usual, this bloody workshop 100% doesn’t look like Christmas at all.  With the help of Formichetti (tell me, do you know who is he? If you don’t, then don’t bullshit in front me that how much you adore this crazy gaga bitch), inside the Barneys, there is a 5,500 square feet of bright colors, crazy shapes and a gigantic cartoon statue of the superstar herself in a pinup pose surrounded by jagged mirrors and sitting atop thousands of black plastic discs.

Festive season probably is the major period to catch up the sales, so it is definitely a win-win situation. The gaga bitch is good in self promoting as well attention seeking, so with her name stick on the Barney main door, it might help to boost up the sales! No doubt that why there are so many “attention seeker” gays looooooove to kiss gaga’s ass. Even you can’t deny that Adele is catching up now, by winning more and more gay fans’ heart.

“Oh gaga, I adored your art director or style director or what bullshit title that you might give to him. Well, your custom-made ivory gown by Karl Lagerfeld was quite stunning.  Again, are we celebrating the Halloween instead of the Christmas? I saw a gigantic balloon-made spider’ly evil gaga…”
